Create a guest list template to download for future events
If you want to create a reusable guest list template to use for future events, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Purplepass promoter dashboard
- Click “Guest List” at the top of the navigation bar

- In the section “Import Guest List” located to the left of the screen, click “Download Template”. Note: make sure your event is selected first, or you won’t be able to access the “Download Template” option.


- A spreadsheet will open. Enter the guest list information in the appropriate fields.
- Click the “Save” option when you’re finished
- Under the “Import Guest List” field, click the “Upload CSV File” option. Select the file you want to upload from your saved files.
- A pop-up window titled “Guest list Import Map” will appear
- Choose the column in the saved template that corresponds with the information for each field. If you followed the template, it would be in numerical order.
- At the bottom of the page, you can choose which type of ticket to send people on the guest list by clicking the drop-down menu and selecting the desired ticket type

- Click the purple “Import Guests” button at the bottom of the window and save your guest list template
