Browsing pre-printed ticket stock from Search Orders

You can access the serial numbers and admission data (used or unused) for individual tickets from a bulk ticket stock order. This can be done by using the View Ticket Stock link, which is located below the main Search button on the Search Orders page.

This functionality is available for both orders placed online through our website and for orders processed at the box office.

1. Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
2. At the top of the dashboard in the navigation bar, select Search Orders

3. Scroll down to the side search bar and select View Ticket Stock

4. The event tickets will pop up on the right side
5. By clicking the blue link, you have the option to view the ticket status (used or not)
