Marking ticket status as “picked up” at will call

If you would like to mark tickets as picked up at will call, follow these steps below:

1. Log in to your Purplepass promoter dashboard

2. Click the “Search Orders” tab at the top of the dashboard

3. Find the order by using the filters on the right side of the page

4. Under the “Order Actions” column, click the blue “Picked up” link and click “yes” when prompted
