Editing the Search Order column headers

Using the Search Orders tool, you can adjust what column headers are being presented depending on your needs.​​ Once you add new headers, that information will be presented below. You can also adjust the width of your columns by hovering over the edge of a column and dragging it closer or farther away. ​​

Column options include: ​

  • Order ID
  • Sub Order ID
  • Event ID
  • Customer ID
  • Event
  • Event Date
  • Name
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Order Actions
  • Price
  • Quantity
  • Ticket Type​
  • CC
  • X-transaction ID
  • Transaction Amount
  • Transaction Date
  • Refund ID
  • Refund Amount
  • Refund Queue Date
  • Method
  • Fulfillment
  • Coupon Code
  • Tickets
  • Fulfilled Date
  • Notes

Adding Columns

  1. Hover over a column header and an arrow on the right side should appear
  2. Click the arrow and a drop-down menu will appear
  3. Select the Column option
  4. Here you will be presented with the different options you can add to the top. If you check a box, it will be added. If you uncheck a box, it will be removed as a header.
