How can I tell if a ticket/order has been used?

If you want to find out if a ticket or order has been used, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Purplepass promoter dashboard
  2. At the top of the dashboard in the navigation bar, select “Search Orders”
  1. Once you are on the order search page, you can enter the information to filter your search on the left of the screen. This is also how you can search for particular orders/customers.

  2.  In the results window (which will appear on the right), you will be able to view your filtered orders.
  3. Locate where it says “Tickets” in the top navigation bar for your orders

Click the blue link indicating how many tickets out of the order were used. A pop-up window will appear. This will show you the ticket(s) serial number, its status (used or not), and when it was used.
