How can I tell if a ticket/order has been used?
If you want to find out if a ticket or order has been used, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
- At the top of the dashboard in the navigation bar, select Search Orders

- In the order search page, enter the information to filter your search. This is also how you can search for particular orders/customers.
- In the results window (which will appear on the right), you will be able to view your filtered orders.
- Locate where it says Tickets in the top navigation bar for your orders

Click the blue link indicating how many tickets out of the order were used. A pop-up window will appear. This will show you the ticket(s) serial number, its status (used or not), and when it was used.
