How can I ensure the customer has tickets to the latest or updated events?

If you want to make sure the customer has access or tickets to the latest or updated event, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Purplepass promoter dashboard
  2. Click “Search Orders”

  1. If you want to make sure the customer has access or tickets to the latest or updated event, use the filter tool on the left side of the page to find the customer’s order

Find the customer on the main page and click the “Resend” link to the right of the customer’s name highlighted in blue

A pop-up box will appear asking for confirmation. Click
“Yes”.
