Transferring a ticket order from one event to another
If you want to transfer one ticket order to another event (swap events), follow these steps:
- Log in to your Purplepass promoter dashboard
- Click the “Search Orders” tab at the top of the dashboard
- Find the order by using the filters on the right side of the page

- Once the order appears on the main screen, click “Transfer” under the “Order Actions” column


- Once you click “Transfer”, a pop-up window will appear that will allow you to select the new event and send an email confirmation of the transfer to the customer
