Looking up an order on a scanner

If you want to look up an order to check in a guest manually, follow these directions.

  1. Click the SEARCH icon at the upper right corner of the scanner.
  2. You can search by the order number or the ticket holder’s last name.
  3. Click on the order to bring up the Order Actions menu.
  4. You can do a few different things on this menu: Admit the guest, refund the order, print replacement tickets, email a digital receipt, preprint the receipt.
  5. When you’re finished, click Done to return to the main screen.
