Changing ticket delivery methods

You can switch delivery methods from print-at-home to Will Call or from Will Call to print-at-home. We are not able to switch your delivery method to shipping nor are we able to switch to print-at-home or Will Call if you originally chose to have the tickets shipped. If you would like to do this, please send us an email to support@purplepass.com or give us a call at 1-800-316-8559.

To have the ability to change delivery options, you need to enable it under the Search Orders tool. Go to the top columns and hover over them until an arrow on the right appears.

  1. Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
  2. Click the Search Orders tab at the top of the dashboard
  1. Find the order by using the filters on the right side of the page
  1. Find the Order Actions row and hover over it until a black arrow appears and you can access the drop-down menu.
  2. Click Columns
  3. Click Method
  1. A new column on the main page should appear with all the delivery options for that order number. To change a method, click on their current method of choice and select the new one. ​
