Adding different seat types to your map

Our maps support seating types for rows and table shapes, including round, square, and rectangle. Follow the steps below to add your seating types.

1. Log in to your Purplepass promoter dashboard 
2. Select “Seating Maps” in the top navigation bar

3. Select “Edit” for the map you want to edit 
4. A map will appear in a new window 

5. To add seats, select “Add Seats” on the right-hand side navigation bar

6. A pop-up window will appear 

Adding rows

1. To add rows, select the row icon

2. Below, you select the number of seats and rows you want to start with 
3. You can also create a price level and color to go along with your seats

4. When you’re ready, select add

Adding tables

1. To add tables, select the table icon

2. Below you will see the table options to select from (round, square, rectangle)

3. Depending on the table shape selected, you can customize the seating layout below
4. You can also create a price level and color to go along with your seats
5. When you’re ready, select add
