Processing refunds on assigned seats

It's easy to process refunds on assigned seats from with your Purplepass promoter account.

  1. In your account, select “Search Orders”

  1. Once you locate their order, you will see a button that says “Refund”

  1. Click this and this will refund the order. A refund confirmation will be automatically emailed within 24-48 hours and funds will be back on the customer’s credit card, typically within 7-10 days.
