Processing refunds on assigned seats
It's easy to process refunds on assigned seats from with your Purplepass promoter account.
- In your account, select “Search Orders”
- Once you locate their order, you will see a button that says “Refund”
- Click this and this will refund the order. A refund confirmation will be automatically emailed within 24-48 hours and funds will be back on the customer’s credit card, typically within 7-10 days.
