Duplicating current or past pass/packages
With Purplepass, you have the option to create passes and packages as a ticket type, rather than individual ticket sales. For example, you can build a season pass so guests can purchase a bulk of tickets to different games or events of the season.
To duplicate current or past passes already made, follow these steps:
- Log into your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
- Select Passes & Packages
- Go to the first box that shows your current passes/packages. It will show the pass name, with the options to edit, copy or delete them.
- Select copy to duplicate a current or past pass
- From there you can make any edits to your new pass.
To create a pass, select the ticket type and quantity from each event that you would like to be included. For repeating events, you can either choose the specific date when adding tickets to the pass. You can also select the whole repeating event from the drop down which will give the customer the option to choose the date themselves.
To attach a pass to an event, follow these steps.
