What does the ticketing term doors open mean?

When you are entering an event’s BASICS ticketing information and see Doors Open, this means the time that the venue will open doors to allow ticket holders to enter.

This does not mean that the event will start at that time.

When you create an event, please enter the time when the venue will open its doors and begin admission in the Doors open at field

Enter the event start date/time and end date/time in the correct corresponding fields.
