A private message is another section that can be found in the Map Manager when managing specific seats and sections. The private message function is used for internal notes and to share information between event coordinators and managers.

Private messages may inform event planners of celebrity attendees or special guests, or they may inform them of why a certain area is off-limits to the public.

In short, a private message is not visible to customers or to the public accessing your website.
