Removing promo codes from an event listed with Purplepass

Removing promo codes from an event:

1. Log in to the Purplepass promoter dashboard

2. Edit an existing event or click on “Create New Event” in the top navigation menu

3. When creating your event, scroll down the page until you reach the “Ticket Pricing and Options” section

4. At the bottom of that section, select the “ Add coupon code” button located on the left side of the screen with the green + icon


This shows were you would go to create coupon codes.

5. A pop-up window will appear

6. At the top of the page under the first options is a checkbox labeled “List of codes (Uploaded or automatically generated)”

7. Check that box

8. Underneath, a blue link will appear that says “Manage lists”


9. Click the link and the pop-up window “Manage Coupons Lists” will appear

10. You will see your list of codes and then some blue links to the right

11. Click the link titled “Delete Codes”

This shows were you can delete codes.

12. A list of codes will appear in a new pop-up window with a blue link to the right titled “Remove”

This shows someone removing coupon codes in bulk

13. Click “Remove” for the codes you want to delete

Deleting in Bulk

You can also upload the codes you want to remove and “Bulk Delete” by using the black button at the top-right of the screen.

This is the bulk delete button.

You can also delete an entire list.

This is the option to delete the entire list.
