What are Purplepass service fee charges and costs

Purplepass provides a service to both event organizers and patrons. Our service allows event organizer to focus on producing great events and it provides customers a convenient way to purchase tickets to these events. We do not collect any portion of the ticket face value and our service fee incorporates the costs associated with operating online, including the credit card transaction fees that we are required to pay to the credit card companies to accept your credit cards.

The service fee varies depending on several factors such as the event, the face value of the ticket, the delivery method, facility fees, or additional fees such as a telephone or retail outlet fee.

This is all set by the event organizer and depends on the event.
