Received a refund, but not for the full amount

In some rare cases an event organizer may refund one or more tickets out of a larger order.  If you received a refund for part of the sale price, a primary reason is because service fees are non-refundable.  If you are entitled to a refund then it will only be the face value of your ticket order.
