Description
The Brock Party started in 2011 with Billy and Andrew meeting up with Chantelle to work on and record music. Focusing mainly on jazz and funk they took their talents to the street where they all started to perform the music that they worked on at local open mics in Riverside. It was here that they met Griffin, a local singer songwriter That Had been playing at local open mics for the past couple years. They all began working together fusing the jazz and funk with Griff’s singer songwriter edge giving them a whole new sound. They Continued to perform under the name “The Brock Bros.” for the next couple months eventually catching the interest of Justin who brought his soulful voice into the mix again altering the sound of the group. the whole group began performing together under the playful name of “The Brock Bros. and the Foster Funks”. After adding Walter as the drummer they picked up the name “The Brock Party” and continued to play local shows building a small fan base in the Riverside area. But when Brock Brother, Jason, moved back to sunny California and hopped on stage with The Brock Party there was no doubt that, with his flute and saxophone, he would be the final piece to the Brock Party puzzle. This Group blends: Jazz, R&B, Funk, Soul, Singer Songwriter, Hip Hop, and Rock, to form their own unique sound. This sound and their energy and showmanship on stage is a combination That cant be imitated. The Brock Party has played events in Riverside, Corona, Upland, Ontario, Palm Springs, & Orange County California. This Event band is fun exciting and family friendly.
