Naughty Professor’s End-Of-1st-Weekend Blowout Bash!

Naughty Professor’s adventurous recordings & horn-charged, high-energy live performances have earned them an enthusiastic fan base, critical acclaim, and widespread attention from their musical peers. This End-Of-1st-Weekend party is the band's Café Istanbul debut, and they are ready to tear the roof off!

As "New Orleans’ premier progressive, funky jazz band,” (Offbeat Magazine), Naughty Professor honors their hometown's musical traditions while looking to the future. Their most recent release Good Things features the band's signature sound of complex, inventive compositions accompanied by a healthy attitude towards improvisation.

Audiences across the US, Europe, and China have enjoyed Naughty Professor’s performances, who witnessed them share the stage with artists like The Revivalists, Tank & The Bangas, Snarky Puppy, Marcus King, Chali 2na (Jurassic 5), Big Freedia, Maceo Parker, St. Paul & the Broken Bones, Galactic, Victor Wooten, George Porter Jr., Dumpstaphunk, The Soul Rebels, Isaiah Sharky, Julian Lage, Jonathan Scales & many more.

The band's next full-length album is due to be released in early 2024. Until then, the band continues to perform, collaborate and improvise on stages around the world.
