Description
Empower All to Champion a Violence Free Community! Week Without Violence Ceremony, Saturday Oct 8, 2022 at 2 pm.
This is an assigned seating event. All Guests must RSVP and reserve their tickets for every attending guest. Each Student Honoree is allowed two guest tickets for the ceremony.
Attention Parents and Guardians of Student Honorees: Please be aware that due to the nature of this ceremony all Student Honorees receiving awards and certificates will be seated together with their class and school to be able to get onto the stage as a group. Their group seating will be separate from their parents, guardians and families for the length of the ceremony.
Student Honorees need to arrive at the Performing Arts Center at 1 pm and check in at the Registration table in the PAC Lobby before the beginning of the Ceremony.

Lobby Doors Open: 12:30 pm for activities, exhibits,
clowns. Student Honorees Registration: 1:00 pm
in the Lobby Ceremony
Start: 2:00 pm
Refreshments will be served in the Courtyard after the Ceremony. Items Not Allowed
No flash photography, food or drink in the auditorium.
Additional Information
Directions and parking: The Performing Arts Center is located on the southeast side of campus just south of Southern Avenue on Longmore. Parking is free.
