The long awaited show is now here!

Evergreen Valley High School officially presents VSU's 18th Annual Show "When Stars Align".

Come join us for a night full of Vietnamese culture, relatable tales, dances, and family! Everyone is welcomed, and we hope to see you there. A portion of the proceeds from the show will be going towards a nonprofit organization, Aid to Children Without Parents. <3

As Lunar new year approaches Cathy Luong laments the time she distanced herself from her culture. That distance has become too great to mend on her own but as fate was on her side, she meets Quoc Pham, a shy boy from school willing to help her reconnect with her Vietnamese heritage .Turbulent emotions hosted by guilt from her mother, realizing their absence in each other's lives discourages Cathy's acts of repairing not only her understanding of her culture but her attempts to mend her and her mother’s relationship.

The production “When Stars Align” shows a story between bonds mended by family and friends as they share traditions and find new meanings to these holidays.
