Coker Singers Description
Conducted by Dr. Jerron Jorgensen with organist Dr. Don Grice and pianists HyunJung Im and Inhye Cho, the choirs of Coker University will present their 3rd annual Christmas with Coker concert on Sunday, November 28th at First Presbyterian Church (Cheraw, SC); Saturday, December 4th at 7:30 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church (Florence, SC); and Sunday, December 5th at 3:00 p.m. at St. Bartholomew's Church (Hartsville, SC). Featuring the Coker Singers and Coker Cantilena, the choirs will lead the audience through singing beloved Christmas carols interspersed with unique anthems sung by the choirs. Masks are mandatory for all audience members. Advanced tickets are required and seating is limited. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for seniors. Admission is free for Coker students, faculty, and staff. This event is expected to sell out! A free-will offering will be accepted to support Coker's choral program for an upcoming tour to New York City to sing at Carnegie Hall.
