Join Bootcamp Nation at Smoke Skybar for a Workout, Brunch & Giveaways! Proceeds will help raise funds for the Live Forever Foundation, Stroke awareness & Rehabilitation. DJ Jarvis will be spinning the best music for this 1 hr Co-ed full body explosive workout that utilizes mobility, HIIT cardio and resistance all crafted by Celebrity Trainer Coach JT! After the session is over, Smoke Skybars finest Chefs will be whipping up an exclusive off menu brunch and hand crafted drinks! The energy Bootcamp Nation brings is amazing, you don't want to miss it. Itinerary: Saturday July 17th - 9:00am check-in - 9:30am Warm-up and Mobility - 9:40am to 10:30am Workout and Cool down - 11am to 12pm Brunch, Giveaways and Networking Your VIP RSVP will include: Workout (optional), Brunch, and 2 crafted drinks and entry into VIP Giveaways. General Admission will include: (Brunch and giveaways) For those who want to support, network and spectate but cannot workout! Optional Items to bring: Sunscreen, yoga mat, glute bands, towel and sanitary wipes.
