From style to concepts, composition to body of work, Haiku d'Etat is a trio made up of the true originators. Abstract Rude, Myka9, and Aceyalone represent the core of craftmanship and risk taking musical medicine. 3 of the greatest emcees known and recognized, by the rest of the greatest emcees, we all love and champion.
Dont miss opening act magic, with the energetic and sharp presence from Know Self (Kona). He rocks the crowd tough, with hard hitting beats and precise wordplay, aiming at your concious heart.
Priscilla Momah is not only a rising prism in the Big Island music scene. She is also a Hip-Hop queen with a gorgeous - old soul. Her vibe is from the vein, her shine is for those bright and brave enough.
Arbor Marx imo, is the most consistent emcee on the island, in the last 5 years. And what I mean to say is, he writes and produces dope music, and always shows up when you count on him, to give a dope performance. His songs are introspective, and danceable. And he is a smart cat. An emcees emcee.
Dj Spark, from the underground giants "The Sandpeople"...he lives here now. And he has classic skills, his own twists and tricks, a dope selection, and is a generous hard worker. I'll even say he has a cool personality, and he's handsome. But all you need to know is... he cant and won't fail...a dope and more than reliable DJ.
So there you have it. Read this far? Look...its gonna be a eye, ear, mind changing show. Worth the $, and we at Open Temple....respect and appreciate the support. #HiloHipHop
