This organization was founded in 1998 with the mission of fighting lymphatic diseases and lymphedema through education, research and advocacy. Lymphedema is a chronic lymphatic disease that results in the disfiguring, and swelling of one or more parts of the body. Although as many as 10 million Americans, and hundreds of millions worldwide, suffer from these painful diseases, there are few who truly understand the extent of the suffering that they inflict. Please come out to help support this wonderful organization that is working every day to bring awareness to the cause and support those who seek to find the cure.
