Join us for an evening of giggles and glitter as a few of New York's funniest take the stage at the legendary Duplex Cabaret Theater! Have a signature cocktail (well, 2 actually) and enjoy the comedic stylings of Anthony DeVito (The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Comedy Central), Liz Barrett (Laughs on FOX, AXS-TV Gotham Comedy Live), Ashlee Voorsanger (Carolines, Dallas Comedy Festival), Matteo Lane (Late Night with Seth Myers, Comedy Central, MTV), and your host Teresa Degaetano (Good Morning America, Wendy Williams Show, Dr. Oz). A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Human Rights Campaign. Did we mention the RAFFLES and fabulous prizes from HAVEN SPA!? Originally from New Jersey, ANTHONY DEVITO is a NYC based comedian. He's appeared on CBS Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Comedy Central's Adam Devine's House Party, was one of the “New Faces” at the 2012 Montreal Just for Laughs Festival, has been on "This American Life," AXS TV’s Gotham Comedy Live, Seeso's NY's Funniest and was the 2015 winner of Caroline's March Madness. He’s also performed at the 2014 Boston Comedy Festival, 2014 Laugh Your Asheville Off, 2014 Limestone Comedy Fest, 2013 Bridgetown Comedy Festival and 2013 SF Sketchfest. In addition to stand-up, he’s appeared on TV Land's The Jim Gaffigan Show, is a regular on Sirius XM's Bennington, has been published in Timeout NY and The New York Times. LIZ BARRETT’s one-liners come fast and furious and she is often called a female Steven Wright; a thinking man’s Roseanne; and her English teacher once told her “she has the humor of Bob Newhart.” Liz grew up all over the world with her military family and now lives in New York City, where she’s just "Gettin' By." In 2016, Liz headlined Carolines as part of its Breakout Artist Series. She was also a semi-finalist in Carolines Comedy Madness and a finalist at Laughing Skull Comedy Festival. Liz made her television premiere on Gotham Comedy Live and regularly appears on Laughs on Fox. She’s opened for Judy Gold and Gilbert Gottfried, and also appeared at the Boston Comedy Festival, She Devil Comedy Festival, and Ladies of Laughter. MATTEO LANE is a New York-based comedian, originally from Chicago. Matteo recently performed on LATE NIGHT WITH SETH MEYERS and Comedy Central’s ADAM DEVINE’S HOUSE PARTY, as well as MTV’s GIRL CODE and MTV2’s GUY CODE. He performed in the IFC holiday special AT JOE’S PUB alongside Tony Hale and the Dap Kings, and is upcoming in the new Comedy Central series THE COMEDY JAM. Matteo was also a New Face at JFL Montreal in 2014. Before starting stand up, Matteo lived in Italy as an oil painter and Opera singer. ASHLEE VOORSANGER is a New York-based comedian and cocktail enthusiast. Born and raised in Texas, she got her first taste of the stage in Dallas theater before heading to Los Angeles. While in LA she made her stand up and television debut on The Greg Behrendt Show – in fact, the first time she did stand up in front of an audience was on national television. Since moving to New York (for a boy she met in a bar in Vegas – another great story – they’re married now), she has graced the stages of Carolines, Gotham, the Stand, Eastville, Stand Up NY, countless bars, basements, and one place that was also a Laundromat. She is the founder of MicShopNYC, a series of mics and resources for comics and the Editor of This Week In Comedy, which highlights underground comedy shows in and around New York City. She has featured in the Chicago Women's Funny Festival, The Big Little Comedy Festival in Cleveland, OH and headlined the opening night of the 2017 Dallas Comedy Festival. TERESA DEGAETANO has been on The Wendy Williams Show, Good Morning America, Lifetime and Dr. Oz. A lover of The Real Housewives Series, she was heard on Sirius XM dishing the dish on Bravo's station, Radio Andy. She has performed all of the Tri State Area, clubs and performance venues all over New York City. Teresa was a finalist in The She Devil Festival featuring only female comedians.
