What is a ticket reservation and how can I create one?

A ticket reservation allows individuals to reserve tickets/seats and pay the event organizer at a later date. Our “Search Orders” section is where you will be able to collect payment from them at a later date. 

In the instances where you would like to enable the ticket reservation only feature, complete the following: 

1. Go to the “Create New Event” in the navigation bar or edit a current event

Create New Event UPDATE

2. Find the “Ticket Pricing And Options” section by scrolling down

3. Under the event type listing, check the “Reservation Only” box

4. A notification box will appear asking “Are you sure you want to enable Reservation Mode?”. Select “yes” to continue.This is the notification box that appears when selecting reservation mode.
