Tickets purchased for the wrong show time or date

If you purchased the wrong ticket dates or times for a recurring event, you can have your tickets transferred to the correct time. To do this, call customer support at 1-800-316-8559 or send an email to support@purplepass.com

For security purposes, we need to confirm your identity. Please have at least one of the following items on hand: 

  1. Your confirmation/order number
  2. The last four digits of the credit card you used to order the tickets

Also have the new time or date you want ready.
