Resending an email confirmation to the customer
To resend an email confirmation to the customer, do the following:
- Log in to your Purplepass promoter dashboard
- Click the “Search Orders” tab at the top of the dashboard

Once you enter the information into the filters on the page and the order pops up in the main window, click “Resend” located to the right of the “Name” and “Details” columns
- Enter and verify the correct email address to continue
- Click "Send"
