Resending an email confirmation to the customer

To resend an email confirmation to the customer, do the following:  

  1. Log in to your Purplepass event organizer dashboard
  2. Click the Search Orders tab at the top of the dashboard
  1. Once you enter the information into the filters and the order pops up in the main window, click Resend located to the right 
    Resend box highlighted in search orders page

  2. Enter and verify the correct email address to continue
  3. Click Send
