Rescheduling or postponing an event

If you want to reschedule or want to proceed with postponing your event, follow the steps below. For instructions on notifying customers of these changes, click here.

  1. Log in to your Purplepass promoter dashboard
  2. Click “My Events” at the top navigation bar if not on that page already
My Event UPDATE
  1. Find the event listed that you want to edit
  2. Once you locate the event, click the “Edit” link to the right of the event name
  1. Under the “The Basics” section, find the “Event starts on” and “Event ends at” drop-down menus and changes the event to the desired time frame
