How to access and manage an event's seating map?

1. Log in to your promoter dashboard

2. Select the “My Events” tab at the top of the page. This will load all of your current events.

3. Locate the event you wish to inspect or update

4. Select the “Map” button to enter the seating map section

What is the map manager?

The Map Manager is where you can manage the seating, reservation, and sales of event tickets directly from your Purplepass accounts.

Anything from putting seats on hold and marking seat status to creating different message types for customers or users.
