The venue or event organizer makes the final decision on whether to cancel an event, postpone or issue a refund.

Purplepass assumes no responsibility for making any such decision, and will have no responsibility to issue refunds.

If a refund is issued, Purplepass will issue refunds for all online and telephone purchases. If you purchased your tickets with cash in person, please return to the outlet you purchased your ticket from for a refund. Please be aware that all service and delivery fees are non-refundable and only the face value and any applicable facility fees will be refunded.
