Downloading my customer’s contact information

If you would like to download your customer’s contact information, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Purplepass promoter dashboard
2. Click the “Search Orders” tab at the top of the navigation bar
3. In the lower left-hand corner of the screen is a box with search criteria you can enter.

Once you have entered the information you wish to download, click the “Download” button at the bottom.
