Paris! The Collenette School of Dancing returns to the stage to dance its 97th Season production. "Paris", a delightful scene set in the heart of Parisian life. Tourists wonder the streets dancing with Painters, Bakers and Candlestick Makers, and what would Paris be without its Degas Dancers? Continuing their tour, the Tourists come to the Paris Museum where the paintings come to life. The Collenette School of Dancing was founded in 1926 by Beatrice Collenette, the first student and protege of the famous Prima Ballerina, Anna Pavlova. Joan Collenette Damon continued the traditions started by her mother in 1965. Emily Bratmon, now the 3rd generation owner, has taught, danced, and choreographed at the Studio since 2006.
