The Habitat Youth United Battle of the Bands (YUBOB) is an annual event that benefits Habitat for Humanity of Durham Youth United.  Proceeds will go toward funding a Habitat for Humanity of Durham house that will be built by volunteers including Youth United members. 

Bands will face off on stage at The Tavern Food & Spirits.  One band will will be awarded First Place by a panel of music professionals, and one band will be awarded the Crowd Favorite award determined by donations from the crowd made on behalf of their favorite band.

Prizes for winning bands were donated by our sponsors ReverbNation and InTune Guitar Picks. ReverbNation will feature the winning bands on their home page and has donated prizes, including t-shirts,  for our judges and winning bands.  Winners will also receive custom guitar picks donated by InTune Guitar Picks. 

The Tavern Food & Spirits will be donating a portion of food sales to Habitat.

Advance tickets are available online for $6.00.  Admission at the door will be $10.
