This class is an introduction to Energy Exchange within BDSM. Within a scene, there is a dynamic exchange of energy that happens between the top and the bottom that is oftentimes not discussed. Many feel the connection, but how do you put that connection to use? This class discusses the intricacies of Energy Play and will teach you how to harness the raw power of Energy within your scenes. We will cover how to recognize a Dynamic Energy Exchange, as well as how to use that energy. This class includes a guided group meditation to help you identify your Personal Energy base and will conclude with a demonstration of some of the techniques discussed.

About the Presenter:
