Enhance your confidence & project the joy of life!
Join Rosa's belly dance class and delve into belly dance movement, musicality and tradition as well as finger cymbals and rhythms used in Middle Eastern music. Exercise/yoga wear is appropriate, with bare feet or soft-soled dance shoes. Jingly hip scarves and finger cymbals are available to borrow or buy at class.People of all levels and genders are welcome, ages 14 and up. No prior dance experience is necessary. Come as you are and learn to move in a new way this fall! Additional Information
Students can choose Mon, Wed, or both. Missed classes can be made up on the alternate date until the end of the session
