ABOUT IMPACT

IMPACT is a multimedia, contemporary dance production, reflecting on different social issues and landscapes centered around our local Anchorage community. While we are celebrating the uniqueness of what it means to live in Alaska, we are also touching on themes that face most urban environments in of our generation; inequality. Be it income, race, opportunity, health, or power, as our community grows and the city population increases, how do we continue to connect with each other in meaningful ways?  

Our message is one of choice. How do we choose to interact? What is our impact on the people and community around us? What is our part in promoting a culture of helping others?
