Description

Based on the memoir of Maria Augusta Trapp, The Sound of Music, follows a lively postulant who serves as governess to the seven children of the imperious Captain von Trapp. After bringing joy and music back into the von Trapp home, Maria and the family must escape the clutches of the Nazis as Austria succumbs to the power of the Third Reich.
