- World Environment Day will
be the largest event in Rajasthan's history, featuring a variety of
environmental activities to promote rural and urban environmental
education. The event will be a successfully conducted with the involvement
of the Rajasthan government and other private institutions. The event has
more than 5000 attendees. The ceremony will be followed by a conference
and power point presentations by famous environmentalists and ministers.
- Scholars from all
prestigious universities will be invited to share their work on
environmental issues. In this programme, eminent personalities related
with the environment will be honoured, and experts from across the world
will also participate remotely and share their knowledge on the
environment.
- Contests will be arranged
for a variety of activities, such as painting contests and writing
competitions, in order to raise awareness among people of all ages.
- To be more specific, the
event will focus on raising awareness and building environmental
protections among ordinary people from various civilizations and
communities.
The
following are some guidelines for attendees and participants.
Summit Attendee:
1.On the
event day, attendees must pick up their ID cards.
2.To
present their work, academics and researchers can contact the organizer.
3.You
will receive a notepad or a pencil from the organiser.
4.Attendees
must wear formal attire.
Rules for
Participants:
1.On the
event day, participants must have their tickets or activity vouchers with them.
2.Participants
in the arts and crafts must bring their supplies (brushes, paints, etc.) with
them..
3.You
will be given paper sheets, clay, various-sized pots, newspapers, magazines,
and a spot to display your artwork by the event organizer.
4.On the
day of the event, each Participant must pick up their ID card.
5.Participants
in the street play should bring their own costumes.
