The band released their self-titled debut album in 1988 which went on to sell over a million copies producing two hit singles “Girlschool” and “Long Way to Love”. During that time, vocalist/rhythm guitarist, “Dizzy” Dean Davidson, Lead guitarist, Michael Kelly Smith, Bass guitarist, Billy Childs, and Drummer, Johnny Dee toured extensively in support of the album. Shortly after the release of their second album, “Boys in Heat” Davidson departed the lineup. Hailing from the midwest, SIIN is known for their stage presence and high energy brand of rock. Described as having a "modern throwback sound," they have deservedly established themselves as a fan favorite.The infectious energy of these veteran musicians exudes from the stage during every performance, and they consistently leave crowds begging for more.Always giving all they've got, their reputation to deliver a dynamic, hard core show has made SIIN an unquestionable staple in the rock scene.
