Join us for a night of Halloween-themed fun as the Rainbow City Concert Band convenes for its first performance of "Play On!", the Rainbow City Concert Band's 25th Anniversary Season. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with the program commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the Highline Performing Arts Center in Burien.
