Where - Piedmont High School

Who - All Incoming 7th-12th grade boys and girls participating in athletics (marching band included)

Procedures for Physical Night:

• Doors will open at 4:30

• Enter through High School front doors

• Lines for physicals will form near gym

• HS cafeteria will be reserved for parent seating

• Parents will not be allowed to stand in line with student athletes

• A section of the cafeteria will be reserved for filling out Rank One online paperwork (computers will be provided)

• Please bring a face-covering to be worn when in close proximity to doctors and nurses

• Coaches will be available to answer any questions
