Description

Our Strength and Conditioning Camp for younger students will teach them how to functionally move. This camp will utilize the aspects of speed, strength, and agility to improve athletic performance and overall fitness and safety. The last day of camp will be our "Mini and Me" Day where a current High School athlete will be paired with each camper and will complete the workout together.
