With music and lyrics by Dolly Parton and book by Patricia Resnick, this fun-filled show is based on the seminal 1980 hit movie. Set in the late 1970s, this hilarious story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era is outrageous, thought-provoking and even a little romantic.

Following the guidance of arts organizations in Pittsburgh's Cultural District and beyond, all individuals attending the performance will be required to provide proof of full vaccination upon entry (presenting physical vaccination card, photo of card, or via digital vaccine passport app) as well as wearing face coverings while on premises indoors. Children under the age of 12 and people with a medical condition or closely held religious belief preventing vaccination can provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the past 48 hours. Proof of vaccination also applies to those performing in the production, staff and technicians. Cast and musicians will not be masked while performing.
