Description
Billboard-charting saxophonist Derek Brown is a musical innovator and his one-of-a-kind solo “BEATBoX SAX” project has been exploding across the world music scene. Jazz historians have lauded his methods and usage of slap-tonguing, circular breathing, and dazzling musical coordination. Brown will lead this unique performance as a soloist accompanied by the ABAC Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Deborah Bradley. ABAC music students will expand their mastery of jazz techniques as they play alongside this world-renowned musician. Together, Brown and the Jazz Ensemble will provide a compelling musical experience for all ages.
