The Shen-Fa Method is a style and philosophy of martial arts performance created by Svitlana Zavialova known as The Wu Woman. She is an International Martial Arts Champion, Author and Actor with a decade of professional experience in the motherland of Kung Fu, China.  

The Shen-Fa Method inquires into the invisible emotional phenomena of martial arts performance called Shen-fa. Creating undeniable depth in physical performance that could be felt by the one performing and the one observing the performance. Shen-fa -The Art of Cognitive Transmission of Martial Movement and Emotion - expressing wide spectrum of Human Emotions through combative movement.  
The Shen-Fa Method is successfully applied by martial artists, dancers, actors and thinkers.
