BRUSH YOUR QI is a 1.5 hour Meditation and internal martial arts practice. Internal martial arts techniques are applies to support the flow and self control of Qi through the body. BRUSH YOUR QI is guided by the Wu Woman, who dedicated a decade in China to the internal martial arts and twenty five years of study practice and application of traditional and modern styles of wushu.
