Description
Having a criminal background can hinder a person from reaching their goals. Fortunately, there are ways to minimize this impact on a person's positive change in their life. Expungement is a court-ordered process in which the legal record of an arrest or a criminal conviction is 'sealed', or erased in the eyes of the law. The availability of expungement, and the process for getting an arrest or conviction expunged, will vary according to several factors. This seminar will educate those in attendance on those factors to better educate and support the populations they serve.
