Alex Monge Description
Alex and Meghan are just two friends. Two good friends. Two best friends. Sometimes they wonder why it couldn't be anything more than that, and then they remind themselves of the obvious reasons they're aren't. Follow Alex and Meghan's relationship from the start to present through belts and ballads and learn why things just aren't working out. Meghan is a Boston native who moved to the city shortly after graduating with a Vocal Jazz Performance degree from the University of Miami. After coming to the city with hopes of pursuing her career as a singer/songwriter, Meghan quickly realized her burrowed passion for acting and love of Broadway was hard to avoid in NYC. Soon, in addition to performing her original music at venues like Rockwood Music Hall, The Delancey and Mercury Lounge, she began taking acting classes at the Barrow Group and with Actor Therapy, led by Ryan Scott Oliver and Lindsay Mendez. Since she's been in concerts of Hair, as a featured tribe member and Spring Awakening, where she performed the role of Isle. She was recently featured on the latest season of American Idol and just released her first EP "All Over the Place," available on streaming platforms. Alex Monge is a proud Mexican born actor/singer living in NY. After graduating AMDA, he had his professional theater debut in Mexico City’s production of “Les Miserables” where he understudied the role of Marius, favorite theater credits include: Telemachus in the world premiere of “The Odyssey” at the Old Globe and Earnst in Spring Awakening. $12 Ticket in Advance & a 2 Drink Minimum in the Cabaret Theatre* $15 Ticket at the Door (plus service fee) & a 2 Drink Minimum in the Cabaret Theatre* *Drinks Must be purchased In the Cabaret Theatre to count towards the Minimum.
